2022 Hope Cycle, Tour of Australia presented by Lifeline.

All proceeds from entry fees go direct to Lifeline Australia

After raising more than $180,000 in 2021, the Hope Cycle, Tour of Australia is back!

FulGaz is proud to be partnering with Lifeline Australia to bring their signature fundraising event, the Hope Cycle to life for a second year.

The Hope Cycle, Tour of Australia, has been designed to unite riders and donors from around the world, by cycling through every state and territory in Australia from the comfort of their own homes. Known for some of the best cycling in the world, riders will tackle 15 stages including some of Australia's most iconic cycling destinations. Including everything from Sydney Harbour, Falls Creek, Port Douglas and the Great Ocean Road plus sections from the 2022 UCI Road World Championships in Wollongong.

You can tackle the challenge solo or in a team of up to 4 riders, riding in 'relay'. It's not about who wins, but crossing the finish line and having fun, whilst raising much needed funds for Lifeline Australia.

The Hope Cycle - One life-saving ride

It is through connecting with others, we find hope. Lifeline is the leading provider of crisis support and suicide prevention in Australia. Currently they are answering a call from someone in crisis every 30 seconds, receiving over a million calls every year but they cannot answer all the calls for help.

The last leg of The Hope Cycle will include a spectacular sunrise group ride & ZOOM call on World Suicide Prevention Day, Saturday 10th September 2022.

Through the Hope Cycle we are aiming to raise $250,000. Funds raised will deliver national crisis support services for those in their darkest moment and further support communities impacted by COVID, bushfires, floods and the ongoing drought across Australia.

Thanks to our partnership with Lifeline, the entry fees for this event have been significantly reduced, it costs Lifeline $39 to answer a call, that’s the same price as registration for The Hope Cycle.

$39 (+GST) entry fee per rider (Solo or Team Member)

All proceeds from entry fees, will go directly to Lifeline Australia
